Alexander is a founding member and Chair of the 100 Black Men of the Bay Area Community School (100 BMBACS). 100 BMACS is a public charter school with the mission to prepare young men with the skills needed to be leaders in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics; and to instill confidence and a sense of responsibility for leading social change. 100 BMBACS serves as a replicable model and a demonstration school for providing a quality K-12 education for African-American boys.

Co-founders - The Empowerment Project
Mr. Sulaiman Ali and Mr. Angelo Luster are co-founders of the Male Empowerment Program and were key in developing and implementing the Adewole Program for African American males grades K-12 in the Hayward Unified School District. Their work epitomizes expertise, voice, and advocacy in meeting the needs of African American males within the public school system.

Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Hall has many years of experience working with African American children, adolescents, adults and families. For the past seven years he has provided therapeutic services to male inmates in the California prison system in addition to his private practice. His experience and expertise provides “real world” insight into the “play yard to prison yard” pipeline.
Mr. Glenn Singleton
CEO and Founder - Pacific Educational Group (PEG)
Mr. Singleton is a nationally recognized author, speaker, and trainer on racial equity. PEG ‘s work focuses unapologetically on the insidious impact of systemic institutional racism on the learning and schooling of underserved students of color. His first book, Courageous Conversations about Race, a Field Guide is a best seller and required reading for many preservice and graduate level students.
